Yoga Day at Netherby Hall, Longtown, Cumbria. 6th September 2026 11am-4.30pm

Following last year's Yoga workshops at Netherby Hall, I have extended the time we have together to allow you to relax even more and fully immerse yourself in the practices of yoga, physical yoga movements and postures (asana), breath practices (pranayama), meditation, full relaxation( Savasana)and experience an amazing Gongbath too.
The workshop includes a light lunch and drinks throughout the day. 
Netherby Hall is simply stunning with beautiful grounds which I hope we can use for some of the yoga sessions and enjoy being surrounded by nature. We will also have a mindful wander through the grounds and spend some time in the walled garden too. 
Fiona will give the Gongbath in the fabulous Oak Hall; Fiona trained with Don Conreaux and Aiden McIntyre in 2018 and she is experienced in offering this relaxing and healing sound therapy.
