Refunds Explained

For most products we offer a full refund or exchange, you have 14 days to let us know you wish to do this.  Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. All returned items must be in the same condition they were delivered in. If you would like to return a product, please email us to let us know. Our email address is

Faulty products

If a product is faulty, please inform us by email within 7 days of delivery.

Non- refundable items

Due to the nature of some of the ‘Made to order’ products we are unable to offer a refund for example handcrafted bespoke furniture which takes considerable time to produce for each order. Earrings are non- refundable for hygiene reasons.
