Shipping Policy

 FREE Local Delivery within a 6 mile radius of Langholm, Scotland, UK:

 This will be automatically applied at checkout when you enter the delivery address.  As a one-person enterprise, we are only able to offer this free delivery service within this area.  

We offer £4.50 flat rate shipping anywhere within the UK regardless of parcel size and weight. ( Does not apply to BESPOKE furniture items).

Your parcel will be sent with the most efficient way- usually by Royal Mail.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days, however, this may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods. Please be assured that we will keep you updated at all times on the progress of your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. The shipment confirmation email will provide you with the method of sending and any additional tracking information.

Please bear in mind that Esk Collected is a small business with a staff of one.  If you need something urgently, email or call us and we’ll do our best to get it to you as soon as possible. 

We are unable to investigate lost mail or send out replacement items before 7 days has elapsed.  

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@eskcollected.co.uk with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

For international delivery please contact and we will calculate shipping cost for you. The shipping cost will then be applied at checkout.
