Light Yoga Class Pass

This is a gentle Hatha Yoga class with all the elements of yoga included: lots of mindful body stretches, standing poses to improve strength and balance as well as a focus on the breath, meditation and a lovely relaxation to finish- suitable for different levels of experience in yoga including beginners.

All yoga postures can be modified to suit varying needs and each student's range of movement. I encourage practicing in tune with how your body is feeling on the day.

We have a lovely, friendly, warm group and you are most welcome to join us.
