Mixed Ability Yoga Class Pass

My Hatha Yoga class is suitable for a range of physical abilities and levels of experience in yoga including those new to yoga and complete beginners. I offer a mindful and uplifting practice with all the elements of yoga included: lots of body stretches, standing poses to improve strength, balance and concentration as well as a focus on the breath, meditation and finishing with a full relaxation that allows your body and mind to rest and benefit from your yoga practice.

All yoga postures can be modified to suit varying needs and each student's range of movement. Everyone is welcome!
